The term “organic” refers to the way our farmers cultivate and process their products. Organic plant products are produced according to specific and strict certification standards, defined by the European legislation, regarding production, processing, and marketing. Approved certification bodies ensure compliance with these specifications… and our certifications prove it.

The IFS Food Standard is a GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) recognized standard for auditing food manufacturers. The focus is on food safety and the quality of processes and products. It concerns food processing companies and companies that pack loose food products.

GLOBALG.A.P. is a trademark and a set of standards for good agricultural practices (G.A.P.). The GLOBALGAP standard is an internationally accepted and recognizable standard for primary production by retailers and is applied in more than 80 countries around the world.

GRASP stands for GLOBALG.A.P. Risk Assessment on Social Practice. It is a voluntary, ready-to-use module developed to assess social practices on the farm, such as specific aspects of workers’ health, safety, and welfare
